For this Manitoba favourite, we use only fresh Bothwell Cheese combined with Manitoba-grown potatoes cooked with just a hint garlic to create a delicious taste. We add in fresh sautéed onions, nothing dried or powdered to infuse the flavor. The addition of sour cream to our dough creates a soft tender pocket for our filling.
