Policies

Refund/Return Policy

  • We will do everything we can to ensure your order is received in excellent condition. If, by chance, something happens to break, please send a photo and description of the damage to lovelocalinfo@gmail.com. In most cases, you will be issued a full refund for the damaged merchandise.
  • When entering your shipping/delivery address, please be careful to be accurate.  It would be good to double check your entry!  Wrong addresses will be charged the delivery free plus a $5 administration fee for redelivery.
  • Returns can be made on unused, non-perishable items within 14 days of when you receive your order.  Start by emailing us at lovelocalinfo@gmail.com and give us the following information: The item to be returned, your order number, your name and payment method and the reason for the return. Then please bring or mail the item(s) to 1-110 Industrial Rd, Steinbach, MB R5G 0Z1 (ensure that it is packaged well as a damaged item will not be refunded). You will receive your refund within a week of receiving the returned item.

Shipping and Delivery Information

  • Free delivery for Steinbach/Winnipeg areas on orders over $100.  The delivery fee is $15 for orders under $100.  Minimum order of $45 for delivery.  Order online and pick up in our St. Vital store for FREE.
  • Deliveries on orders will be made within four business days of placing the order, unless otherwise notified.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Packages will not be delivered to PO Boxes or standard mail boxes.
  • The delivery address provided must be a location where a package can be left safely.
  • Please give specific delivery instructions, particularly for apartment deliveries and rural addresses.  For example:  apartments - where to leave the package if no one is home; for rural areas - driving directions.
  • If our delivery person feels that the package can not be left in a safe place, it will be brought back to our headquarters and will need to be picked up within 5 business days.
  • Orders must be picked up from out store in St. Vital Centre within 10 business days of placing your order.  Refunds will not be issued after those 10 days.
