Peter is the co-founder and owner of Love Local Manitoba. He's originally a chef by trade and loves good food. Peter is passionate about bringing people together and connecting over delicious meals. When Peter's not busy with Love Local Manitoba, he loves to be out on the lake in a canoe, hiking or enjoying a good cup of coffee with a friend. Peter is surrounded by women: He is married (to a spicy ginger!) with two daughters and only female employees! He also loves making inspired gourmet sauces, rubs, and syrups (He also owns Gourmet Inspirations).
Some of Peter's favourite Manitoba made products include Stone City Coffee, Flora & Farmer Hot & Smokey Tomato and Pineapple Spread, Rawnata Hemp Snackers and Prairie Cricket powder (1 tablespoon of powder in his oatmeal every morning!).
